The Role

Reporting to the Founder & CEO, this multi-faceted sales role will be responsible for leading growth in an opportunity-rich market (and in demand solution), both in new business development through tender responses and RFP's as well as managing a portfolio of existing blue chip customers in the commercial property space, including government and councils. Taking the lead on enhancing the customer experience through high level solution sales, the role will potentially also manage a grow a small team whilst providing the strategic direction for future growth and collaborating closely across the business in areas such as product and project management. As utilisation expands, the role will not only be selling an impressive IoT solution but also data and analytics as systems converge to provide asset owners with vastly improved utilisation & customer experience.

The Person

We are looking for a highly polished and experienced sales leader, ideally from the commercial real estate, FM services or technology sectors with the proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in major projects or high value, complex solutions. You will have a passion for technology and innovation and enjoy collaborating with a close-knot team to deliver growth and customer outcomes. Needless to say, you will be strategic and highly commercial with a strong achievement drive and have a customer 1st mindset. Agility, authenticity, integrity, collaboration and a positive can-do attitude are non-negotiable values for the business culture but most important will be your ability to see the potential and take accountability for achieving it to it's fullest.

You will demonstrate:

- Proven Solution Sales experience into the FM / asset owner space

- Ability to influence at C-suite in high vallue projects or complex transactions

- Have a passion for technology & awareness of the transformational nature of IoT solutions

- Tertiary qualified

- Highly polished, both in presentation & communication style

- Values led, agile, authentic, integrity & positive

- Sales Leadership experience

- Strategy development and executing for growth with clarity in the tactics

- Self-drive, aspirational and highly customer driven
