As one of key Australian markets, there is now an opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to lead its QLD Sales team.
In this critical role reporting to the National Sales Manager, your mandate will be to lead, develop and mentor a large sales team with the objective of driving revenue, margin and profitability growth. To do this, you will develop and implement key sales initiatives and programs, work closely with your team to build and enhance capability, ensure adoption and mastery of the business' CRM platform, and formulate actionable strategies to grow specific customer segments within the state.
You present as an energetic, passionate and preferably tertiary qualified sales leader, with significant experience successfully leading large sales teams within a highly competitive and complex sector. You're in-depth knowledge of modern account management, business development and consultative selling principles will have you well placed to add-value to your team, as will your ability to think innovatively in the development of tailored, yet profitable, solutions for your customers.
