Our client is a reputable National organisation within the Industrial services industry, who pride themselves on quality and providing great customer service to both their existing and new clients. They have had great success over the past couple of years and are focused on continual growth.

About the role

Your main responsibilities will include driving growth through new business development and promotion of brand and reputation, as well as managing key QLD based client relationships to enhance retention of existing business and to realise growth opportunities through those clients with additional sites and services.

Duties

  • Provide leadership through the identification and execution of new business opportunities across the service portfolio
  • Own end to end management of tendering processes
  • Development and implementation of regions sales strategies
  • Report on sales forecast/actuals
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned client accounts
  • Proactively assess, clarify and validate key account client needs on an ongoing basis

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in leadership, management and growth of a sales team
  • Ability to represent organisation at industry functions/industry councils through networking, public presentations and white paper presentations
  • Key Account Management experience
  • Strong C suite client relationship experience
  • Ability to forward plan, develop and deliver efficient and effective strategies
  • Advanced communication and negotiation skills
  • Capability to influence others
