- Proven experience as a sales leader and ability to drive performance and results across a highly focused sales team
- Tertiary Qualified
- Proven success in sales management and achieving targets in B2B, education or other professional services markets
- Skilled negotiator, comfortable with having difficult conversations to get the job done
- Knowledge to analyse trends, activities and processes across your business unit and implement continuous improvements and gains
- Proven people leadership, team building and coaching skills to effectively mentor and influence your team
- A willingness to travel up to 20% of the time and hold a current NSW drivers license.
