As a result of continued growth, there is now an opportunity for a Sales Manager to join the team.
About the role
Reporting to the Sales & Retail Strategist, Director of Planning and Customer Service , this business-critical leadership role will be responsible for leading a team of 7 which include a Junior Account Executive, Senior Account Executive, 2x PT Sales Coordinators, 1x Field Supervisor and 1x Management Assistant & Sales Inventory Planner . As well as leadership responsibilities, this role will also take the lead with key retail accounts including JB Hifi, Target and EB Games which will involve trading terms negotiations, pricing / promotional planning and managing the range review process.
Skills & experience
Success in this role will come from demonstrated experience as either a Field Sales Manager and / or Key Account Manager from within the FMCG, consumer goods or retail industry. Ideally degree qualified, you will possess exceptional leadership skills accompanied with a high level of commercial and financial acumen. A passion for managing people is absolute non-=negotiable in this role.
