About the company:
Our client is one of Australia's largest food manufacturers with a product portfolio spanning across corporate/independent grocery and food service channels. Reporting to the National Field Manager, the Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of the 'Sales At Work' field sales CRM tool - involving ongoing management, administration, territory optimisation, performance insights and reporting for the field sales team.
About the role:
Reporting to the National Field Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Ongoing management, administration and business integration of the 'Sales At Work' CRM platform for the field sales team
- Implementation and maintenance of field inductions and safety programs
- Development of field sales selling tools for use in the trade
- Initiatives to motivate and energise the sales team that report and measure sales capability
- Coordination of Sales Conferences, Cycle Meetings, Roadshows and Training Days
- Administrative tasks to support the team
Skills & experience:
- Understanding of FMCG field sales/data
- Customer service and/or client management experience
- Exposure to CRM data management and reporting platforms
- Skilled in excel, project management and problem solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
