Our client a highly successful Australian business that specialises in better-for-you food and beverage products. This business has been providing products to the health-conscious markets since 2005 and has plans for huge growth in 2022.



About the role

Reporting to the State Sales Manager, this business-critical role will be responsible for managing grocery & independent route channel customers across Sydney CBD and the Northern suburbs. You will take the lead in your territory and contribute to the improvement of sales process and the growth of the business. This customer centric position is a true account management position, responsible for the development of customer planning including promotional activity, activations, and merchandising. You will collaborate internally with the wider business to identify go to market opportunities where you will utilise various data sources to understand account trends.

Skills & experience

Success in this role will come from demonstrated Account Manager or Field Sales Representative experience from within the FMCG industry - retail channel experience will be advantageous but is not a deal breaker. You are a dynamic people person, and pride yourself on your outstanding communication and authenticity.
