About the role
Reporting to the State Manager, you will responsible for supporting the sales team. Which will involve assisting with telesales, managing stock allocations, developing insights and sales reports, creating a sales toolbox to assist the sales reps, tracking promotions and new product initiatives, claims / invoice management and order management. You will be building relationships with your customers. Working with the wider business, you will also be involved in adhoc admin, damages, credits and sales projects, including event administration.
Skills & experience
To be successful in this role, you will have experience is a similar role , possess strong written and verbal communication, time management and organisational skills. You will demonstrate an understanding of how to manage customers, accompanied with a high level of attention to details and stakeholder engagement skills. Critical to this role is an ability to work a very fast paced environment where no day is the same.
