Our client is an Australian FMCG business made up of a portfolio of 'better for you' brands across plant based health food, petcare, beauty and baby categories. An exciting opportunity exists to join the team as a Sales Support Coordinator, assisting the Business Management team with various key customer accounts and strategy planning and execution.

About the role:

Reporting to the Business Management team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Development of category and/or product strategies to drive sales
  • Product costing schedules and inventory database management
  • Internal engagement with supply chain and finance teams
  • Prepare and communicate new products to internal teams
  • New business development through network and relationship management
  • Proactive analysis of category and competitor trends
  • Assist with promotional planning and customer communication
  • Provide support with quarterly business reviews, product advertising/marketing, tradeshow and promotional events
  • Administrative tasks as required to support the team

Skills & experience:

  • Understanding of FMCG environment
  • Sales Coordinator, Sales Administration and/or client management experience
  • Exposure to CRM data management and reporting platforms
  • Skilled in excel, project management and problem solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
