Our client is a highly regarded organisation based in the heart of Melbourne CBD. They have an urgent requirement for a Salesforce Functional Consultant to help them deliver an implementation project on a contract basis.
This role is responsible for gathering & analysing business stakeholder needs, translating and documenting these into functional requirements. The Salesforce Consultant will facilitate workshops with stakeholders to elicit requirements and identify opportunities to reengineer and automate business processes, ensuring alignment with best practice Salesforce. The position will serve as the interface between business stakeholders, technology, vendors and support teams for the communication of business requirements throughout project delivery of the solution.
- Experience in gathering and analysing business requirements with a commercial and/or business process focus, across a range of transformational projects.
- A minimum of three years' experience working within Salesforce environments and experience in project delivery of this software. Marketing Cloud and Mission control experience highly desirable but not essential.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops, interpreting and challenging business needs and translating these into functional requirements.
- Strong analytical, process mapping (preferably using Microsoft Visio) and process reengineering skills including the use of gap and workflow analysis techniques
