About the Role

In this role, your mandate is simple - drive the growth and retention of your customer base in order to achieve commercial objectives. This will see you accountable for a defined set of customers, and by utilising structured account management principles and an insights led sales approach, you will build deep relationships, construct offers and drive product exposure and penetration through customer marketing activities to enhance the commercial return.

Skills & Experience

Preferably with tertiary level qualifications, we're looking for highly passionate, commercial and talented Account Managers with a successful track history in Financial Services, SaaS/Tech, or 'left-field', the consumer brands space. You'll need to understand the retail and e-comm markets and an environment that is rapidly growing, evolving by the day and fluid by nature is what brings your best to the fore. Listening skills, customer engagement & consultation, problem solving capability and an analytical mindset, coupled with your ability to build long lasting relationships are your greatest strengths - all exactly what you'll need to deliver outcomes in this role.
