About the role
Reporting to the State Field Manager, this role will be responsible for managing a territory in regional Victoria consisting of independent grocery customers. Not only will you be dealing with Store Managers, you will also have Key Account Management responsibility for major MSO groups such as Champions & Ritchies. You will be tasked with maintaining product activity instore including merchandising, introducing new products and managing promotions, as well as being actively involved in state based customer planning, pricing and customer specific initiatives.
This role is the perfect stepping stone into Key Account Management in the near future.
Skills & experience
Success in this role will come from demonstrated Territory Management / Sales Representative / Business Development experience from within the FMCG industry. Ideally degree qualified, you will have exceptional commercial & financial acumen, have strong communication skills as well as an ability to work both autonomously and collaborate with a wider team.
