There is now an exciting an opportunity to join the tight knit the Senior Brand Manager, managing one direct report, perfect for someone who wants to join a purpose led organisation and drive change both internally and within the brand in their role.
About the role
Reporting into the General Manager, the Senior Brand Manager is responsible for managing and implementing all aspects of the marketing mix for the brand including innovation, local brand strategy and digitally led communications (working with the Digital lead to execute).
This unique role will support both the local sales team to manage and lead local activation plans as well as support the ANZ marketing team to deliver specific NPD projects with a focus on driving first to market and consumer led innovation to strengthen brand positioning and to give consumers an opportunity to trade up into the premium brand. You will also lead the thinking behind ways of driving category growth and optimising existing products in the market, working with a Project Manager who will own and execute the stage gate process.
This role provides a fantastic opportunity for an the successful candidate to step into a role with full ownership of exciting innovative projects. This role can also be in a part-time capacity further illustrating the businesses commitment to flexible working arrangements.
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field e.g. Marketing, Commerce, Business or Communications
- Extensive experience within the FMCG / Consumer goods space is essential at a Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager level or similar
- Experience with owning and driving category leading NPD projects
- Understanding of developing key messaging and driving outcomes via Digital and E-Commerce platforms
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders
- Prior people management experience is ideal but not essential
