Our client is a highly successful organisation who specialise in high-quality food manufacturing, primarily in the better for you space based within the Albury Wodonga region. The business is a pioneer in the manufacturing industry developing innovative products into the food ingredient and retail sectors.
The team are looking to recruit an innovative Senior Brand Manager to join the team with a strong passion for brands and to maintain its position as an exciting and growing, locally owned player in the FMCG space as they continue partner closely with retail partners and launch branded product into the category.
About the role
The role will see you report to the Head of Marketing, owning the management of a new brand launching to market. You will step into a diverse 360 role owning brand strategy and planning, NPD development and communications management. This role will require an individual with a strong commercial lens, who understands insights and trends to make the businesses brands instantly recognisable. Our client is embedded in its family-based values and are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to embrace and demonstrate these values in their execution of their day-to-day responsibilities.
With a strong passion for brands, customer, people, and drive for results, this role will work collaboratively with members of the marketing team and wider business on key strategic projects from insight led strategy, to idea generation, concept development, budget management, product and pack design, creative processes, brand and marketing positioning, team and stakeholder engagement and post evaluations.
Skills & Experience
- Degree qualification in Marketing or related discipline or extensive experience in a Brand Manager role
- Ability to build collaborative relationships and engage key stakeholders through integrity and trust.
- Proven experience in Marketing and Brand Management including building and executive.
- Demonstrated experience across the entire marketing mix including NPD, launches, consumer brand communication, digital, packaging, point of sale and leveraging category and consumer insights.
- Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas
- Taking on the ownership of launching a new FMCG brand into market.

This coupled with well-developed project management and problem-solving skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, a resilient nature and the ability to think quickly and on your feet and adapt well to change, will set you up for success in this role.
