About the role
The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for supporting a major brand within the portfolio space selling into both retail and pharmacy. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will lead, develop and execute both short and long-term marketing strategies that drive growth in revenue and profit for the category, which has recently had a repositioning strategy implemented to broaden and diversify the target audience. As well as identifying opportunities to improve category and brand performance, utilizing consumer and category insights to deliver against unmet needs.
It's an exciting time to be stepping into the portfolio, launching new innovation to market, supported by TTL communications campaigns with strong focus on building engagement and brand awareness via digital.
Skills & Experience
- Prior experience in a Senior Brand Manager or Brand Manager role within FMCG / Consumer Goods
- Degree qualification in Marketing or business-related discipline
- Strong knowledge of New Product Development, Project Management and Stage-Gate processes
- Commercially minded and consumer centric marketer
- Strong brand planning and TTL communications delivery
- Demonstrated leadership with strong commercial ability
