About the role
As Senior Brand Manager, your focus in this role will be on the leading brand for the business to identify category growth opportunities through innovation, leveraging key consumer trends such as snackification and plant based foods . You will also support on brand planning and develop plans to support the launch of new innovation into retail channels.
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualification within a relevant field eg Marketing
- Prior experience at a Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager level within the FMCG space, ideally within the better for you food space
- Strong NPD experience, ideally with experience with developing innovation to launch into new categories
- Strong brand planning experience, working with locally owned brands
You will be a commercially and strategically minded and results driven candidate with a passion for innovation and an outside the square approach to probelm solving. You will have exceptional stakeholder management and relationship building skills and will demonstrate strong initiate with a proactive nature. You will enjoy taking ownership of key projects and take a hands on approach. You will be comfortable working autonomously as well as with internal stakeholders in a dynamic and flexible team environment, being collaborative in your approach.
