About the role
Reporting into the Head of Category Management this business-critical position will play a pivotal role in partnering with cross functional stakeholders (marketing, sales, R&D, insights) to develop robust category plans and actionable insights to drive growth for the organisation and its customers. With a focus on a high growth portfolio, this position will be responsible for managing and coaching a direct report and will have customer facing responsibilities.
Skills & experience
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success within a Senior Category role gained within the FMCG organisation. They will have strong commercial acumen coupled with exceptional internal and external influencing capabilities. Ideally, they will have people leadership experience alongside strong financial acumen.
