About the Role
In this highly visible role, you will sit front and centre of the action to deliver substantial uplift in growth through targeting brand new segments of a complex market. You will bring a savvy approach to how to target these new audiences and profile them to ensure that their onboarding experience is exceptional, and develop new strategies to engage with them from the baseline. You will develop strategies to nurture customers through a number of digital touchpoints and interactions, delivering personalized and engaged experiences. This includes driving acquisition through integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns across search, email, website, PR, webinars, social, direct, affiliate, sponsorships and events. Working across a complex and growing organization, you will use your nous to navigate through a matrix of stakeholders, across business units and geographical boundaries - with the sole focus on delivering driving growth and an exceptional customer experience to one of the most critical business segments during a period of positive transformation.

About You
You are a degree qualified, savvy marketing manager, with a proven track record of working across complex organisations and delivering results through others. You have deep knowledge across the B2B landscape, understanding how B2B businesses work, the nuances of their longer lifecycles and how to influence multiple key decision makers through smart marketing. Technology / SaaS experience is highly advantageous. You have exceptional communication skills, are a skilled influencer and a resourceful problem solver. With a track record in delivering strategic plans to drive acquisition, this role will see you leverage your experience as a consumer centric marketer to drive green fields growth. You are conscious of your own leadership style and have led a high performance team during period of ambiguity. You are nimble and curious by nature, driven and charismatic, highly commercial, and looking for an exciting and fast paced environment to showcase your ability.
