A global brand that offers consumers innovative products with a unique combination of style and performance of small inhouse appliances. Their products are sold in more than 120 markets around the globe.

Responsibilities for the role:

You would be working in a fantastic team with the following responsibilities:

  • Manage two direct reports
  • Lead and run S&OP
  • Lead New Production Introduction demand and supply process
  • Spare parts planning and procurement
  • Participate in local, regional or global improvement projects
  • Liaise with overseas suppliers and improve the inbound planning process
  • Work closely with supply planners to ensure production is aligned with forecasts
  • Design reports and build models that allow for business insights
  • Identify and lead the continuous improvement of demand management practices

About you

You will be an experienced Demand Planner who will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Strong analytical capabilities and comfortable forecasting in excel
  • Strategic view of planning
  • Excellent stakeholder management, organisation and influencing skills
  • A continuous improvement mindset
  • Proactive communication and data driven decision-making skills
