Our client is currently searching for a Senior E-Commerce Manager, this is a key leadership role, overseeing the trade and performance across channel and continue to drive grow and continue to maintain their reputation as one of the most innovative companies in the world.

About the role

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Senior Ecommerce Manager is responsible for creating, driving and executing our eCommerce and content strategy and roadmap and aligning Omni Experience and strategy. This included providing thought leadership to their external agency partners and internal teams to drive successful execution.

You will have excellent digital, online trading and optimisation experience, coupled with strong commercial capability, managing the P&L and improving profitability of the channel.


  • Full trade responsibility to drive revenue across e-commerce stores
  • Oversee the day to day operations and trade calendar working with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment
  • Strong analytical and commercial expertise, managing site performance and using data to drive strategic decisions and optimise trade activity
  • Develop and refine the eCommerce and content strategy, roadmap and drive ongoing enhancements
  • Motivate, inspire, manage, coach, and monitor team members to ensure delivery of outcomes
  • Occasional overseas travel may be required

Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in relevant
  • Proven experience in developing eCommerce strategies and driving growth
  • Understanding of online marketplaces and channel expansion
  • Excellent analytical skills, ideally Google Analytics
  • Strong digital marketing experience
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
  • Excellent leadership skills
