Our client is a global US headquartered software business that is at the cutting edge in its field. With more than 13,000 organisiations in 43 countries around the world already clients, they have been named one of the Top Workplaces in the US for nine consecutive years. Due to expansion plans and the need to build infrastructure on the ground in the ANZ region, they are now seeking a senior Enterprise sales lead to be based in either Sydney or Melbourne, to support the Managing Director with the business's ambitious growth plans.
In this business critical role you will have responsibility for prospecting across a list of named enterprise target accounts in the region, forming relationships with decision makers at C-Suite level. Utilising your consultative sales approach to sell the business' complex SaaS solution, you will be required to close business through either direct selling relationships or co-selling with various partners across the region. In addition, once new business accounts have been won and taken through implementation plans, you will be responsible for managing those accounts and looking for ways to grow and retain the business in conjunction with the Customer Success Team.
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in Enterprise Account sales within SaaS based businesses, where you have had to engage with multiple senior stakeholders and decision makers. You will have a sound working knowledge of sales methodologies, such as Challenger Sale, and will also be comfortable with financial modelling and contract negotiation. A self-motivated and driven autonomous operator, you will have excellent commercial acumen, communication skills and attention to detail.
