About the role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager for SME and Go to Market, this role is responsible for engaging with the small and medium sized business market - a geographically dispersed and diverse portfolio with differing needs and pain points. You will work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to design and deliver both BAU and targeted campaigns focused on building brand awareness and consideration, client acquisition and product adoption amongst SMEs. Work will be across both ATL and BTL channels, with a focus on digital marketing. You will utilise existing market data and insights to inform strategies that focus on numerous parts of the customer lifecycle, and will leverage your generalist digital experience to make recommendations on how to reach new customers with ROI in mind.
You are a degree qualified, digitally savvy marketer with 3+ years experience across B2B marketing (ideally with a SaaS / tech background). You understand the nuances of effective communication across online and offline channels within the fragmented SME space, and are acutely aware of the importance of timing and channel mix. You have experience utilising your digital marketing tool kit (social media, display, paid, eDM, content etc) to support in the effective delivery across omnichannel marketing campaigns. This role is highly visible and will need a best in class stakeholder manager to influence discussions and strategies at the highest levels across the business. Salesforce experience is advantageous.
