As a result of this and a recent promotion, they are now in the market for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the campaign delivery and marketing operations side of their business.
As Senior Marketing Manager - Marketing Operations you will lead the operational marketing efforts of the business and its portfolio of brands to ensure seamless execution and a first class coherent consumer experience. In addition you will oversee and lead the presentation, maintenance and commercialisation of sales support materials to further build on the focus of excellence in customer experience. This will involve everything from managing a local area marketing campaign calender, retail promotion activity and website activity in conjunction with digital teams, through to budget management and analysis on campaign results.
To be successful in this role you will be an accomplished marketing professional who has a proven track record in either the residential construction and/or development industry or has spent time in a marketing agency supporting property clients. Key to your success will be your first class attention to detail, project management and organisation skills as well as your work ethic and 'get stuff done' mentality. A team player with exemplary stakeholder communication and engagement skills you will an entrepreneurial thinker and commercial operator who is comfortable managing budgets. Most importantly you will be analytical, insights and data driven and will be comfortable using marketing automation platforms.
