About the role
Reporting to the GM of Retail Sales, this Senior National Account Manager role is responsible for a key corporate grocery account. Combining both leadership skills and commercial acumen, the role is responsible for delivering business results and driving change through best in class customer management and joint business planning.
Skills & Experience
- Direct responsibility and mentoring of an Account Executive
- Development and activation of strategy and go to market plans
- Management of Customer relationships across varying levels
- Effective coordination of all associated stakeholders to deliver customer objectives
- Lead cross functional teams to provide comprehensive category insights and growth strategy
You will be commercially minded in your approach, with a focus on analysing and interpreting data to create category growth plans and realise commercial business outcomes. You will have well developed stakeholder management and influence skills and will enjoy working collaboratively in a cross functional environment.
To be successful in this role you will:
Have strong Account Management and /or Category Management experience within an FMCG environment at a national level. Corporate Grocery Customer Management experience is essential as is capability to lead a team and drive best practice behaviours. Tertiary Qualifications are preferred.
