About the role:
Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing & Procurement who has over 25 years of industry experience, the core responsibilities for the Senior Product Manager role are,
- Identification of New Product Opportunities through Market Research and Analysis
- New Product Development from inception to commercialisation
- Product Category Management
- Sourcing and managing a large number of SKUs from overseas manufacturers
There is an established support team in Australia with eleven people responsible for assisting Product Management, Demand Planning, Purchase Orders, Graphic Design, Expediting and Shipping.
Duties & Experience:
We are seeking commercially minded candidates with experience in the Safety and Personal Protective Equipment Industries. Overall, the candidate should have 10 plus years of experience in Product Development, International Sourcing and Supplier Management.
Degree qualifications are essential and further supply chain related studies such as APICS or CIPSA will be considered favourably.
