As a result of an internal move, there is now an opportunity for a Senior Sales Manager to join the business in Melbourne.
About the role
Reporting to the Managing Director, this critical leadership role will see you managing 2x National Account Managers, as well as a field team of 7 (indirectly), whilst also managing customer relationships within the Mass Retail channel - mainly Target & KMart - two of their largest accounts. Your commercial acumen will shine through in your exceptional relationship management skills, where you will build robust category & brand lead business plans to in order to drive business growth. Learning & development will come natural to you, and will form a large part of your role within your leadership responsibilities.
Skills & experience
Success in this role will come from demonstrated National Account/Business Management and/or Sales Management from within the consumer goods industry - specifically within the DDS channel. Ideally degree qualified, you will have proven leadership experience and have a genuine passion for getting the best out of people, accompanied with a strong level of attention to detail and financial acumen.
