To help support this growth with best-in-class parts management, they currently have a fantastic opportunity available for an Service coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.
About the role
As Service Coordinator, you will be reporting into the Senior Service Coordinator and you will be the key point of contact for all customer enquiries relating to service, technician allocation and managing the end-to-end service process.
- Provide a high level of support to region-based customers in line with company expectations and objectives.
- Allocate service jobs to field service technicians by regions.
- Manage customer purchase orders and raise service calls.
- Report, analyse and identify service revenue and data.
Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will have 1-2 years' experience as a Service Coordinator, with exposure to allocating technicians, site management or maintenance planning. Previous customer service/admin experience gained in a material handling or similar industry; heavy vehicle or car industry.
Strong with attention to detail experience with BasePlan ERP is highly regarded.
