Our client is an up-and-coming international brand in the health and wellness space who have expanded its product range into Australia. The business is focused on strengthening its position in the market by inspiring and guiding its loyal advocates through new product development and innovation.

Due to the growth within the Australian market, there is an exciting opportunity for a Shopper Marketing Manager to join this fantastic business.

About the role

The Shopper Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategic development and implementation of trade marketing plans for the brand's product range. You'll support the Head of Marketing and team to work with retail partners to drive brand awareness and sell through. The key to this role is helping to build an engaged community in a way that will resonate with the target consumer, disrupt the category, and set a new standard for products.

There will also be a requirement to develop and implement interactive and engaging brand activation for industry trade shows, retailer conferences in line with brand guidelines and within budget. Furthermore, work with the marketing team to ensure in-store merchandise and window displays reflect current, in market brand activity.

Skills & Experience

  • Degree in marketing, advertising or communications
  • Prior experience within a Trade / Shopper Marketing role (either agency or client side)
  • A passion for the health, wellness or better for you space
  • Ability to work independently and as a team with an entrepreneurial style environment
  • Organised with ability to multi-task and juggle numerous projects - Fast paced and agile.
  • Strong leadership, influence and business acumen
