About the role
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the end to end delivery of all social media content across a range of channels, from concept development, to asset generation, execution and post-campaign analytics. As the "owner" of the social media portfolio, you will be hands on in developing content (with a particular focus on video and its production), implementing the content strategy, scheduling content in line with the overarching marketing strategy and crafting appropriate social media responses. Experience with Final Cut Pro is highly advantageous. Given the fast-paced nature of the business and agility with which they operate, this role will require incredible stakeholder management and frequent contact with the 40+ plus locations around Australia.
You have been immersed in digital environments (open to agency or client side) and have a background in social media campaign development. As a social media native, you are ahead of the curve when it comes to understanding what resonates with audiences via social channels and how to optimise performance of campaigns in a crowded market. You have experience working with brands to develop their tone of voice, build awareness, consideration and ultimately acquisition through social media. You are at ease developing raw video content into social media ready bite-sized pieces, can build content into shareable rich media and know how to target the right audience. You are proactive, intuitive and a fast learner. You know how to hustle, you are comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders and you know to get the job done. Above all, you are genuinely passionate about fitness and leisure, and are acutely aware of current fitness trends and competitor challenges.
