About the role
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for planning, scheduling and managing paid and organic content across Facebook and Instagram which will see you working closley with agency partners as well as the internal community managers.
You will make decisions around creative, working with your understanding of what visuals and language are resonating with consumers and align to brand guidelines. You will work across seasonal campaigns for two key brands, aligning content to promotional material.
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in a Marketing, Business or related discipline
- Prior experience within social media / content role, ideally within the retail space
- Experience managing agency partners
- Exceptional copywriting and communication skills
- Ability to build and manage effective stakeholder relationships across all levels of the business
You will be a proactive individual with strong attention to detail and communication skills and a confident communication style. You will have demonstrated project management experience with well refined time management and problem solving skills which will allow you to comfortably work in a fast paced retail environment. You will pride yourself on your strong initiative and organisational skills as well as your ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
