About the role
Reporting to the CEO, this role will be responsible for managing the entire portfolio across Coles, Woolworths, Indies, with some exposure to the Route / Café channels. You will be managing and executing the development of the channel sales plan, whilst also developing and implementing strategic promotional plans and driving category development initiatives. You will work collaboratively with the internal teams to drive growth across the customer base. Another key task will be taking on responsibility of managing a Vic based Sales Rep.
Skills & experience
Success in this role will come from experience working as a Field Sales Manager and / or Account Manager within FMCG for Coles and Woolworths. They are looking for a positive and proactive person, who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving business. You must have excellent communication skills accompanied with strong commercial acumen. You are accustomed working in nimble and diverse environment, driving results. If you are a self-starter with a hunger to learn, this will be a great development role for someone looking to take on a leadership role within a growing business.
