About the role
This is a key management role where you will effectively lead, manage and motivate a team to enhance the presence of the company's range of products, throughout the foodservice channel. This will involve superior execution of account activity, marketing programs and field sales strategies. This role has a heavy emphasis on coaching and developing people, where you will spend time on the road with your team, lead formal coaching / appraisals, drive accountability and best practice selling.
Skills & experience
To be successful in this role, you must possess State / Field Management experience from within the FMCG, retail or consumer goods industry. Ideally degree qualified, you possess strong people management & motivation skills/experience, along with excellent selling and negotiation ability.
