About the role
Reporting to the National Business Development Manager, this role is responsible for driving business throughout the HORECA channel, whilst also managing relationships with state-based distributors such as PFD, BidFood and Countrywide. Representing the Coffee & Kombucha range, you will provide expert product knowledge to your customers, including all product equipment used for grinding and blending. Other responsibilities include:
- Develop & deliver exceptional customer proposals and drive contract negotiations
- Participate in trade shows nationally
- Provide coffee training for customers, both in Victoria and in other states as requested
Skills & experience
To be successful in this role, will have experience selling Coffee based products throughout the foodservice channel, either in a new business, senior territory management or account management role. You will have a natural ability to build rapport quickly with customers, accompanied with exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills. You will be results orientated and thrive off working in a team environment!
