About the role
Reporting to the State Sales Manager, this role will be responsible for managing key relationships with accounts such as large hospitality groups (eg Australian Venue CO), restaurant groups (eg LUCAS Group) as well as smaller independents including boutique/fine wine stores. You will act as a brand ambassador, where you will leverage your wine knowledge to drive brand awareness, education and new products in store. In addition to the above, you will be the 2IC to the State Manager which will allow you to develop your mentoring and coaching capabilities with the wider field team.
Skills & experience
Success in this role will come from demonstrated Senior Territory Manager, Business Development Management or State Account Management experience from within the liquor industry - wine experience preferred. You will possess outstanding relationship managing skills and understand the structure of both the on / off premise channel, whilst being able to work in a fast paced environment.
