Our client is a large retail centre supporting multiple individual businesses to achieve their goals. The company's facilities are fundamental to Australia's fresh produce industry as it provides the critical link between growers, wholesalers, retailers and distributors in the fresh produce supply chain.
They are currently seeking a passionate State Activation Coordinator to join their team to help deliver activations and promotions, events, and carry out merchandising activities for its membership program.
About the role
Reporting to the General Manager of Commercial and Business Development, the State Activation Coordinator will address activities which are crucial to the program's on-going maintenance and growth. This role will be required to service current members, while also growing the Victorian member base of the program on an on-going basis.
This position is perfect for someone who loves building relationships and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
Skills & experience
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred or equivalent experience
- Experience in a similar business engagement/business development/sales representative/account management role.
- Knowledge and demonstrated experience of Salesforce is advantageous but not essential
- Exceptional relationship building, communication and stakeholder management skills.
This role will be well suited to a proactive candidate with a can-do attitude and hands on approach. You will have strong stakeholder, communication and time management skills and will enjoy working with a diverse group of people. You will be comfortable to manage tasks as well as challenge the status quo and think outside the square, driving to deliver exceptional customer experience.
