About the role
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maximising key relationships within the retail and hardware channel across South Australia, as well as managing a team of 3 x Sales Representatives. You will be tasked with account planning, forecasting/reporting, driving state based promotional programs and leading and developing your team. You will work to identify new opportunities for business with the wider team and be passion about driving brand awareness.
Skills & experience
Success in this role will come from field sales management or state management and/or account management experience from within the FMCG, consumer goods or hardware industry. You will posses exceptional commercial and financial acumen and have demonstrated experience leading a team of either sales representative or merchandisers. You will be a natural leader and have an ability to take a team on a journey, and thrive on working in a fast paced environment. An understanding of the retail hardware channel will be advantageous.
