About the role
In this key people management role, you will provide inspirational leadership to the state sales team through effective coaching and mentoring. Acting as the conduit between the field and account management teams you will identify new business opportunities and ensure continuous improvement across all sales channels within NSW. This will involve superior execution to maximise profitability and achieve against the business objectives.
You will report directly to the National Sales Manager based in Melbourne and have full ownership for budgeting and running the P&L.
Along with the sales responsibilities you will manage the logistics operation in NSW.
Skills & Experience
Tertiary qualified, with experience in senior FMCG field sales management, you possess strong people management & motivation skills, along with excellent selling and negotiation skills. If you are commercially astute, passionate, energetic and looking to fast track your career, look no further.
