About the Role

This newly created role of Student Recruitment Officer is an expansion of the existing recruitment team, whose goal is to drive enrolments across all faculties, through multiple channels. The Student recruitment officer will contribute to student acquisition targets in line with the university's overarching Strategic Plan.


  • Build and development relationships with catchment schools or other referral institutions (TAFEs, colleges, etc.)
  • Identify new and creative opportunities to engage with potential students
  • Work with the events team to create and deliver relevant recruitment activities
  • Manage and nurtre leads to increase numbers of enrolments

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have a can-do attitude and the confidence to network and development business opportunities in a range of different environments
  • Be highly organised, and able to demonstrate experience in recruitment or sales-based events
  • Be passionate about education and providing future students with the opportunity to set themselves up for life!
  • Be confident in your database management skills, and systems-savvy
