About the role
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Supplier Management, this senior analytical role will provide insights and data that will drive commercial decision making for a circa $1b spend portfolio. You will form part of a newly established supplier management team, utilising analytical skills in providing supplier performance reporting, supplier analysis, providing fact-based risk mitigation recommendations and ensure ongoing management of the supplier database.

This is an opportunity for an ambitious analyst to join a high performing team, and to learn from and further progress their career in a large supplier management / procurement function.

Experience & skills required for the role

Successful candidates will ideally have:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications, preferably within business, data, finance, engineering or procurement/supply chain
* Comfortability with MS Excel and Power BI, including pivot tables, charts, creating dashboards and advanced formulas
* Proven experience in creating tailored reports and providing financial analysis for business needs
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Procurement experience would be advantageous, but not required
