About the role
Reporting to the Supplier Commercial Manager, this Supplier Commercial Specialist role will support across the supplier management process including supplier analysis, performance delivery, governance, variations management and any dispute resolutions. You will form part of a newly established supplier management team, utilising your analytical skills, contract management expertise, vendor management and negotiation experience to uplift the supplier commercial management function.
This is an opportunity for an ambitious specialist to join a high performing team, and to learn from and further progress their career in a large supplier management / procurement function.

Experience & skills required for the role

Successful candidates will ideally have:

  • Experience in contract management and supplier relationship management ideally with experience managing $50m+ contracts
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications, preferably within business, data, finance, engineering or procurement/supply chain
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Procurement experience would be advantageous, but not required
