About The Company

Hunter Lab is a leading Australian made natural skincare brand that has grown exponentially over their five year journey, and they are just getting started! They produce and supply luxurious, natural skincare products that are sold through all major retail channels and into the global market. Due to this growth, and the need for maternity cover, they are looking for an Operations and Supply Chain Manager for a 12-month contract with the strong likelihood of permanency as they continue to expand.

The Role

The Operations and Supply Chain Manager is tasked with managing the business's supply chain and logistics process. They will be responsible for inventory management, including managing, sourcing, and ordering componentry with manufacturers, contract manufacturing, warehousing, forecasting and end-of-month stock reporting. As well as this, they will maintain strong relationships with the sales and marketing team to ensure service levels and DIFOT are met.

The Person

To be successful in this role you will be comfortable working in a small and dynamic team that embraces an entrepreneurial spirit. You will have worked in a supply chain role that required you to have breath and broad responsibility, where you have worn multiple hats. You will have a strong inventory background and understand the principals of manufacturing and BOM's. You will be passionate about skin care and beauty products and equally excited about joining a close knit and passionate team at Hunter Lab.
