About the role

As Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the logistics team with administration support, record management and coordination. You will also be involved in processing import and export documentation.

Duties

  • Track and prepare customer shipments ensuring they are delivered in full and on time.
  • Liaising with stakeholders, including customers, internal management and transport companies.
  • Prepare daily/weekly stock reports.
  • Complete logistics administration work to support an up to date shipment database.

Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will have had prior experience in a similar supply chain or logistics based role.

You will have experience with order processing, working with transport companies, and a proven administrative skill set. Of most importance though, is a high level of motivation, first class communication skills, and strong attention to detail.
