Work for a global specialty and branded multinational pharmaceutical company as a Supply Chain Coordinator across ANZ.
Responsibilities
Working in a team of 5 and closely with the demand planner you will be responsible for:
- Manage the purchasing cycle, including generating requisitions, PO creation
- Ensure optimal quantity of stock on hand
- Manage new portfolio of products to NZ market
- Manage the buying and delivery process of goods or services
- Liaising with the factory and suppliers to ensure production is aligned with forecasts
- Manage the relationships with suppliers
- Organise pick up of freight from suppliers with freight forwarders
- Ensure shipments are coming in on time and in full
- Provide clear and accurate reports
About you
You will have experience working in a similar supply chain role and be able to demonstrate the following:
- Excellent stakeholder management and organisation skills
- Intermediate excel skills
- SAP experience will be highly regarded
