About the Role
The Supply Chain Manager is a critical functional lead role responsible for providing an effective and efficient supply chain model that supports customers needs and broader businesses objectives. In this high-profile leadership role, your key accountability will include:
- Leading a small team of reports whose responsibilities encompass demand planning, supply coordination, customer service and procurement functions.
- Working collaboratively with, and managing the performance of, a number of 3PL & 4PL partners who manage international and domestic import & distrubution functions.
- The continued development of supply chain planning functions including demand forecasting, finished goods & toll manufactured supply planning, and broader S&OP development.
- Management of a procurement budget alongside freight and inventory budgets.
Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will be a Supply Chain professional with a demonstrated track record of success in the consumer goods, retail or consumer durables industry sectors. You will have had experience leading supply chain & demand planning functions, procurement & vendor management activity and outsourced logistics provision. Ideally tertiary qualified in a relevant field, you will also possess first class interpersonal and demonstrated influencing abilities.
