About the role
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead the Supply Chain team of 10, manage business improvement projects that will streamline the supply chain and deliver a reduction in inventory and cost. Success will be measured by your ability to standardise process, working closely with a number of teams to align the supply chain strategy, and contributing to improvements in service, procurement and logistics. This person will also be a strong leader and have the ability to mentor and coach team members. The successful candidate will have a can do attitude and not be afraid to be hands on.
To be considered, you will have extensive experience and knowledge of inventory planning, logistics, along with strong commercial acumen. You will have a drive and energy to be part of the next chapter of this growth business. Key for this role is a strong cultural fit.
