About the role
As the Supply Chain Strategy Manager you will be responsible for developing and delivering on domestic and international supply strategy. In this broad role you will ensure that all product is procured, planned, forecasted and delivered across the network against agreed performance metrics. You will work with supply and distribution partners to identify opportunities to unlock value for the business, and ensure the operation is best placed for further expansion.
- Sourcing of new products and ingredients and maintaining cost control
- Identification of network optimisation projects
- Lead the establishment of supply partners for international expansion
- Effectively communicate across varied internal and external stakeholders
Skills & Experience
Key to success in this role will be combined experience across supply chain and procurement, preferably with some food sourcing experience. An understanding of strategic sourcing, along with exposure to an NPD process, is also critical to being considered. Experience dealing with an international supply chain is highly desirable, along with strong communication skills, and the ability to confidently present to senior leadership.
