About the role
Reporting to the Technical Manager, the Regulatory and Technical Coordinator will support all aspects of business operations. Key tasks will include management of regulatory affairs (labelling, NIPs, product specifications, health claims etc), QA procedure development and documentation, restaurant trials and problem solving, supplier verification against standards and assisting with NPD.
Skills & Experience
This role is ideally suited to a food technologist early in their career but ready for a challenge. You will be degree qualified in food science, chemistry or microbiology and some experience working in the food industry. To be successful in the role, you must have a solution minded style, be proactive and autonomous, willing to communicate with and manage suppliers, and be a comfortable making decisions based on your problem solving outcomes.
