Due to increased focus on innovation and customer care, Assa Abloy are in the position to bring on board Technical Product Specialist's across multiple areas of the business.
About the Role
The purpose of the Technical Product Specialist will be to maintain the current product portfolio under the individual's responsibility. This will involve supporting the product managers in the implementation of innovation within the category by having the technical capability to lead the customer service side of the process.
The role will lead the training surrounding the product with sales and customer service employees as well as developing documentation and other resources for technical product training. This will also involve ensuring customers training programs are updated and can be communicated in a simple manner.
To be successful in the role, you will need to have the knowledge surrounding the local market within the projects in your portfolio. This can involve innovation, continuous improvement, life management and end of life for specific products and communicating this to the market.
Skills & Experience
This is an exciting and integral role within the business for future growth and your experience and skill set will include the following:
- Engineering degree qualified (Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial)
- Strong communication skills with experience working with multiple stakeholders, highly desirable working in a sales environment.
- Experience multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment with the willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a technical space.
