About the role
As a Technical Services Specialist, you will be vital in assessing and understanding customer needs and providing a solution to their problems from a design or trouble shooting aspect. You will work closely with the Sales and Operations team whilst reporting into the Technical Services Manager. Your ability to interpret complex electrical and mechanical diagrams will also help you understand the strict regulatory conditions.
Skills & Experience
This role is key to upholding the excellent customer service within the business but also in detailing specific designs and diagrams in house. In order to be successful, you will possess the following skills:
- Electrical experience with relevant qualifications
- The ability to interpret electrical diagrams and PCBs
- Strong communication skills with a positive mindset and want to grow your career
- Technically strong with the ability to think commercially
- An understanding of quality systems
