About the role
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this State Sales Executive will be responsible for penetrating the Queensland market throughout the Independent Grocery, Route and P&C channels. You will hold responsibility for developing customer plans, driving brand offerings, promotions and merchandising initiatives, accompanied with being the key point of contact for the state based distributor. This is a strong opportunity to develop towards Key Account Management as the business grows!
Skills & experience
Success in this role will come from demonstrated experience in territory management or field sales management from within the FMCG industry, beverage experience is advantageous. You will possess strong negotiation skills, and be customer focused in how you approach a sales process. You will be results driven and a self-starter and have a passion for driving new business.
